Figure AI says it has partnered with cloud provider Nscale to access up to 100,000 GPUs on Nvidia's Vera Rubin platform, with an initial deployment planned in Barstow, Texas in the second half of 2027.

The companies say the deal is worth $3.5 billion initially, scaling to more than $6 billion, and that Nscale is also making a strategic investment in Figure.

"Our AI model, Helix, becomes more capable with more data and compute," said Figure founder and chief executive Brett Adcock.
